For our client, La Prairie Group Ltd, we are exclusively looking for a competent and experienced Global Learning and Development Manager to strengthen the Senior HRM Team at their Headquarter located in Volketswil, Switzerland.
 
In this newly established function, you are in charge of our global strategies with regard to personnel development and trainings. Would you like to actively contribute your know-how and independently design and further refine the Learning and Development Department?

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and sustainable implementation of learning & development tools for the entire group
  • Developing a global concept for talent management & succession planning
  • Documentation of the individual process steps
  • Supporting and consulting regional HR Business Partners regarding any coaching and training activities
  • Management & coordination of leadership trainings
  • Conception and preparation of course documentation, including blended learning
  • Consolidation and further development of Core Value Trainings

Critical Skills needed for this position

  • University degree in industrial and organizational psychology, business administration with a focus on HRM or a comparable higher education
  • At least 5-7 years of profound professional experience in the field of personnel development
  • Proven experience in national and international project management and consulting
  • Comprehensive methodological skills and deep experience in personnel development tools, including leadership development and blended learning
  • You are a positive thinker, a highly creative and distinctively solution-oriented personality
  • Persuasive and engaging approach as well as excellent communication skills 
  • Empathic team player with a pronounced service orientation
  • High affinity and understanding of the luxury goods industry
  • Proficient in English and German, spoken and written
